How do I remove a user from my River account?

Only the master login can remove a user from River LPM. Follow the steps below to remove a user from your River account:

1. Login to your River account and click User Management
2. Find the agent you would like to remove, and click Edit (located at the end of each row).
3. Click Disable Account.

The user associated with this email address will no longer be able to login to your River account.
