To save time chasing up applicants and increase the number of applicants completing a MyRentalCV profile, you can activate automated MyRentalCV reminder emails. Activating automated reminders will ensure that all applicants invited to complete a MyRentalCV will receive reminders to start the process if they haven’t already.

- Login to River and click Preferences.
- Find the MyRentalCV reminder emails option second from the top.
- Click the Inactive toggle and ensure it switches to Active.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save Preferences button.
Your applicants will now receive an initial invite email and two additional reminder emails 24 hours apart if they have not yet signed up to the platform.
