To stay in the loop with your customer communications and monitor your applicant progress, you can activate the MyRentalCV communications function. This means that you will receive a blind carbon copy of every email that is sent to your applicants via River.

- Login to River and click Preferences.
- Find the MyRentalCV communications option at the bottom of the page.
- Click the Inactive toggle and ensure it switches to Active.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save Preferences button.
Your contact email will now be blind copied in to every MyRentalCV communication sent to your applicants. To change your contact email address, please contact our support team at support@lettechsolutions.com or call us on 0131 297 0210.
