What does the 'MyRentalCV Progress' column indicate?

The MyRentalCV Progress Column will differ depending on whether the applicant has created a MyRentalCV and granted you permission to view it, or not.

If the applicant has not created a MyRentalCV yet, or has not granted you permission to view their existing MyRentalCV, this column will show how many times the applicant has been invited or sent a permission request, with an option to send a reminder to the applicant. If the applicant has created a MyRentalCV, six icons will appear under the MyRentalCV progress column, each representing a different stage in the MyRentalCV application process. From left to right, these icons indicate: Personal Details, Address History, Income Verification, Supporting Documents, Credit Check, and Guarantor.  Each icon will have a colour depending on the applicant’s progress within MyRentalCV, and will update in real time as the applicant goes through the MyRentalCV process.

  • Orange = Section has one or more MyRentalCV references pending
  • Yellow = Section is incomplete
  • Red = Section has not been started
  • Grey guarantor icon = Tenant has not added a guarantor
