You may wish to send a message to an applicant or request further information from them, for example, if they have not completed a specific part of their MyRentalCV. You can do this directly from your applicant management dashboard
How to send a message to an applicant:
1. On your applicant management dashboard, click the message icon under the Enquiry column for the applicant in question.

2. Click Reply to applicant’s enquiry.
3. Type out your message, and when you are happy with it click Send message to applicant.
4. This will generate an email to the applicant with your message included.
