Filtering and Sorting your Properties

Filtering/Searching

If you would like to narrow down your search for a property, you can use the filtering options located at the top of your dashboard.

There are two ways that you can narrow down your search:

• Use the search bar to type a listing ID, address, or postcode, and click Search.
• You can use our range of filters. Filter by rent range, the number of enquiries the property has received, the stage in the lettings process, number of days your property has been on the market, and listing status. To apply your filters, simply select your filter and your dashboard results will update automatically.

Sorting

You can sort your properties by clicking the arrow next to the respective table title. You can sort by the following columns:

• Property Details - sort alphabetically (ascending or descending)
• Rent - sort by rent amount (ascending or descending)
• Enquiries - sort by number of enquiries (ascending or descending)
• Letting Process - sort by point in the Letting Process (ascending or descending)

To reset your sorting, simply click the Clear button in the top right hand side.
