How to Use the Letting Progress Column

This guide will show you how to navigate the Letting Progress column in order to move your property through the letting process.

 

Progressing a Property

To progress a property to the next stage in the Letting Progress column, follow the steps below.

1. Click on the Letting Progress number your property is currently on - this will expand the field so that you can view the actions below it for that stage.
2. If you feel that you have completed the actions for the property or the property does not require the actions, you can progress it to the next step by clicking Next at the end of the row.
3. If you need to move your property back a stage, click the Previous button.

 

Accessing an Action

If you'd like to perform an action on a property, simply click on the action in question. This will take you to the relevant location within River.
