My applicant’s reference is still outstanding. How do I send a reminder?

There is currently no way for you to send a reminder to an applicant's referee from the River platform. Your applicant will need to do this directly from MyRentalCV.

Your applicant can send a reminder to their referee by logging into their MyRentalCV profile and clicking Send Reminder, which will be located underneath the relevant reference request.

Please note that applicants can only send a reminder to a referee once every 6 hours.
