Please check that the email address associated with the applicant is correct, and make sure that the applicant is checking the correct inbox (including junk mail). You may also wish to inform the applicant that the email will be sent from MyRentalCV directly, so that they can search their inbox.
If all of the above has been checked and the applicant has still not received their MyRentalCV invite, please contact our support team on support@lettechsolutions.com.
