If your applicant's MyRentalCV profile is not displaying on your applicant management dashboard but the applicant says they have shared their profile with you, please ensure that the email address that you have associated with the applicant is correct and is the same as the email address that the applicant has used to register with MyRentalCV.
If the email address is correct, please ask your applicant to check their Agents tab in MyRentalCV and make sure that your agency is switched to Can View.
If the applicant has switched your agency to Can View and you still can’t view their MyRentalCV, please direct your applicant to contact support@myrentalcv.com.
